Abstract:
Chinese medicine had made great progress during the Warring States period, and it got rid of the influence of withcraft and began to develop independently. However, subjected to the constraints of human development level and the idea of animatism, ghost was still regarded as pathogenic factors. Research materials in unearthed bamboo slips and silk in the Warring States and Qin and Han Dynasty, such as evil spirits causing disease, offering sacrifices to gods or ancestors, can benefit our understanding of disease concept and faith of treatment.
