Profile of Prof. Li Ru-dong：

Dr. Ru-dong is a staff of Shaanxi Normal University.

At the beginning of twentieth century, the relationship between witchcraft, religion and science were discussed by anthropologists. These discussions are still of theoretical meaning on today’s research. Based on the related researches and combined with ethnographic data on witchcraft, this lecture will explore witchcraft, religion and therapy (especially on witchcraft and therapy), so as to provide a new perspective on medical anthropology research.
