Dr. Ding: professor in School of history, Nankai University

Indian social is already flooded with various diseases in prehistoric end before the arrival of Columbus, and it is not the so-called "Eden Garden" as many scholars described. The diseases in prehistoric North American Indian society is of important influence and significance on the exotic infectious diseases after the arrival of the white.
